We want you to love your order and feel confident shopping with BrightSpot Nails. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellation Fee:
Orders canceled within 24 hours are subject to a $5 cancellation fee to cover processing costs.

Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unused
In original condition
In original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Restocking Fees
All approved returns or canceled items are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the item’s purchase price.
This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and processing costs and will be deducted from your refund.

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Waterslide Decals – Lifespan & Performance
All BrightSpot Nails waterslide decals are sealed with a professional protective sealant.
For best performance, decals should be used within 6–12 months of purchase. Over time, sealed decals naturally become firmer, which can affect flexibility and application.
Because this aging process is normal and outside of our control:
We cannot replace or refund decals that are more than 90 days old.
We recommend storing decals flat, in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and humidity.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Beauty products (including dip powders, liquids, and nail products)
Custom or personalized items
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Perishable goods
Hazardous or flammable materials

Size Issues (Wrong Size Ordered)
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, you may return the item under our standard 7-day return conditions.
Exchanges are not offered. The fastest way to receive the correct size is to complete a return and place a new order.
Return shipping costs for size issues are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking or cancellation fees.
