Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 48 hours. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Please note that processing may take longer during new releases, sales, or high-volume periods.
Delays & Exceptions
Shipping times may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates & Methods
We ship via USPS Ground and provide tracking for every order.
- U.S. Shipping: Flat rate of $5.95.
Currently, we ship to the U.S ONLY.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
Tracking updates may be delayed on weekends and holidays.
If your package is delayed and tracking isn’t updating, please first reach out to your local USPS office. Since we can only see the same tracking information as you, we are unable to provide further details. If you are unable to resolve the issue with USPS, feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you in any way we can.
Combined Orders
All orders are shipped separately by default. We do not combine shipping on multiple orders. Shipping fees will apply to each order placed.
Exceptions may apply only during specific promotions or sales, which will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will invoice the shipping fee before resending the order.
- If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error and is not returned to us, a replacement will require a new order.
If the address was entered correctly but USPS marks the package as delivered and it wasn’t received, please contact your local post office to investigate. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. You may file a claim directly with USPS.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS and work to resolve the issue as best we can.
