​Shipping & Fulfillment

​We prioritize quality over mass production. Every order is curated and printed upon request to ensure you receive the freshest product possible with a shelf life of up to 18 months.

​Processing Time: Our standard window is 7–10 business days, though we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

​Shipping Rates: To ensure your decals arrive safely with door-to-door tracking, all orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage at a flat rate of $5.95.

​Tracking: Once your order has been expertly prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

​Returns & Exchanges

​Due to the custom-printed nature of our professional nail decals and for reasons of hygiene and safety, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

​Damaged or Incorrect Items

​We take immense pride in our "Expertly Made" process. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is a mistake with your shipment:

​Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

​We will prioritize a replacement or a store credit to ensure your artistry remains uninterrupted.
